Current Openings

Director of Operations – Freehold, NJ

Duties:

Manage a growing e-commerce team, and work closely with the technical, marketing, operations, sales and customer service teams.

Oversee the listing of products on 3rd party marketplaces, seek opportunities for third party selling, and coordinate with Sales on marketplace seller policies for wholesale.

Oversee and coordinate all e-commerce projects.

Conduct periodic review meets to outline requirements and milestones, ensure proportionate man hours, and assemble information required development.

Validate information, monitor progress.

Escalate or propose external expertise on unresolved or complex issues.

Work to establish timelines for new product and existing product improvement initiatives.

Manage and delegate customer service issues.

Develop business cases for new strategic initiatives.

Guide all customer acquisition, conversion, and retention efforts.

Report on traffic, sales and profitability metrics, and other KPIs to senior management.

REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Business Management + minimum 2 years experience as Director of Operations, Operations Manager, Operations Research Analyst or related.
